Not sure what to say?

I am so sorry for your loss. Jim and you were two special people and I know he will be greatly missed. I am so glad I got to know both of you through Ray and Peggy Neeley. May you find peace knowing that now there is a special angel in heaven.

So sorry for the loss to you and all your families and to me and my family as well. I think of how much support and help you were to me, Ray and all of us. I just hope you get the same support and comfort from others as well.Jim was a large part of helping you make us a caring and loving church. The skits and plays were a large part of us having fellowship and fun. I was honored to know he would stop by to see Ray at the VA Center when he was coming or going out of town. I was glad to see him...

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

Sharon & Family, Sandra and I send our love and most sincere sympathy on your loss. In addition to the many memories from FUMC, I cherish the hours Kentucky Pastor Wayne Bishop and I enjoyed with you & Jim at Chi Chi's Golf Club little over a year ago. May God bless and comfort you.
Carroll & Sandra York

Amanda and Family,

I am so very sorry for your loss..May God grant you comfort and wonderful memories.

We will cherish memories of Jim and Sharon in Haiti - the day Sharon accepted Roseline in membership at CUMC, and hearing the golfing stories from Don when he returned home after a game.

But more - we remember the wonderful smile, the great laugh - the love.

Eva & Roseline DeHart

Sharon, Amanda and the entire family, the Faulty and Staff of Jones College join me in offering our deepest sympathy.

Jim began as a faculty member of Jones College in 1972. He then served as Associate Dean, Dean of the College and finally, President. He will be missed by all of us and by the many students he helped along the way.

Our hearts go out to all of you.
