Jim: Thank you for getting me cabs. Since you died I have been in truly difficult situations in blizzards or thunderstorms. Not only are there no cabs, there are no people and no chance of walking to a subway or bus. I get calm and I think of you because you were, at root, practical. You got it done. And I ask you for a cab. Every time-=--and I never abuse it---a cab appears out of nowhere, nowhere---right from heaven. Jim you were great on earth and in heaven. I know in your last moments...
