To Jim's family, I extend my deepest sympathy. He was a marvelous colleague and friend....world traveled and vastly experienced, yet humble, kind and generous. His humor and the twinkle in his eye made many a day better, and his companionship out on the river was priceless. His kind was rare, and is now rarer still. Hail to "the Chief!"
