We were saddened to read about Jimmy's death as well as Robbie June's death awhile ago and Jack several years back. We share fond memories of all the Payne family from Jackson Avenue and Treadwell School. Although Neil (Billy) Stotts died in July 2010, I, JoeAnn Stotts carlisle, and Jean Stotts Harbaugh, well remember all of you in seeing that we "new kids on the block" got to school safely from the bullies! May God bless you all.
