Mr Payne was born on October 8, 1938 and passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019. Mr Payne was a resident of Burlington, North Carolina at the time of passing. The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 1:15 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
