Jim was always so kind at church. I will miss seeing his smiling face.

I fondly recall Jim as friend and colleague and our work together on many issues beginning with the effort in the 1980s to repeal the sales tax on food. He was a treasure to all who knew him and I miss his presence. Rick Cagan

Jim was truly a servant friend and advocate to all humankind. One of God's greatest creatures, a compliment he would be quick and humbly to dismiss. I shall always treasure his friendship, neighborliness, mentorship and wonderful conversation.
