Mr. Pennock was my absolute favorite resident at Sunrise. I used to work on the 3rd floor and he was my favorite. He would look for his wife, Geri and she just wanted to watch the Golden Girls on peace but would come over and make sure he was ok. There was some precious moments between them, but I spent most of my time with Mr. Pennock. He was cognant and I enjoyed my conversations with him. He cursed me for cutting all my hair off and I laughed and said it will grow back. I loved James...
