Dear Family, Sending my love and deepest sympathy to all of you at this sad time. Jim was a great guy, always willing to help, counsel, and advise if needed. His personality and wit were unstoppable. He was such a fun man to work with and be around. Jim knew how to be a friend as well. I can't thank him enough for being there for my Dad over the years. Dad thought the world of him, as well, and I will never forget your Dad's kindness to him. Wishing you love, healing and brighter...

My thoughts are with the family. Mr. Phair, what a great man. He and my dad were thick as thieves & I hope they´re enjoying a cold one together. I was so very sad to hear of his passing. He had great wisdom and was always there for everyone no matter what the situation. I know how very hard it is to lose a parent and I pray that you all find some peace in the memories of your dad.
