I just heard about J J's passing last week! So sorry and please accept my much belated condolences to his friends and family. I met him in summer school back in 1975/76 and he changed my life! Through him I met so many new friends from the Hartford Terrace area. J J was also a roommate of mine in two separate apartments first on Locust St. and later Belmont Ave. I moved away from Springfield years ago and have been living in Astoria Queens, NYC now for 33 years with my wife and daughter....
