Jim was a wonderful, kind, funny, leader who left us with many special memories. He ALWAYS had a joke and a smile...ALWAYS. My favorite memory was him a few years ago. We were serving at a Thanksgiving dinner provided by Vietnam Veterans of America for veterans at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. He and Betty had organized that, as I recall. He was on a roll, telling one joke after another. Betty told him he could not tell one more joke until he ate his food. It was too cute!!! So,...

So sad to hear if Jim's passing into Glory, but so happy for Jim's salvation because of Jesus. We will be thinking about you Betty and praying for you in the coming days.
