To the Pinkney family, I believe that Mr. Pinkney is the last of the Black WWII veterans of Liberty Park. Liberty Park was our village and we were a family. There are so few of us left who even remember. I baby sat at least the oldest two children of Grace and James Pinkney, many years ago. It seems appropriate that this is Veteran's Day as he was a proud WWII Veteran and member of BBCC. He is resting in peace and power, and I know that you as the bio family are missing him the most, but...
