Not sure what to say?

Always a friend and a compatriot at Digital Equipment Corp. (DEC) Your passing is a loss to us all. (John Allen Jones)

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Jim loved his children more than life. Spoke of all often. They are charming, caring and kind. Charles is an adorable pleasure. He goes on in all his children, and grandchildren. His family a pleasure to meet, despite the reason. Memories for all shall go on forever. Well wishes to all with peace of mind in the weeks, months, and up coming holidays...

Dear Pitts family, please accept my condolences. God did not create humans to live a few short years then die. God promises to "swallow up death forever and wipe the tears from all faces." Respectfully, S. Reid, East Elmhurst, NY

May our dear cousin, Jim, so friendly and out-going, rest in peace now that he has returned home to be with his loved ones.

Loss to the farm community. He goes on in his charming children. Despite their grief they took time out to welcome the community...

The death of someone we love is “a time to weep.”(Ecclesiastes 3:1,4)Please accept our condolences.

Jim Pitts serving pancakes at the Amherst Farmer's Market

Jim was a longtime neighbor to us (Justamere Tree Farm) at the Amherst Farmer's Market. We are sorry for your loss. Jim loved striking up a conversation with anyone and everyone at the market, and always enjoyed a good debate. He will be missed for his sincerity, liveliness, and his great generosity.
