Not sure what to say?

We went by your old house in Mattawan the other day and remembered when we came there and saw you and Jo. Vicki said that you had the best wine. Miss you and Jo and hoping you are now together in Heaven.

Will always be missed in our lives. We love you dearly. Blessings

Never forgotten. Think of you often while exhibiting my dogs or drinking wine. Life goes by so quickly. RIP.

Julie, I will never forget the wonderful times I had growing up with you and your family, too many to list. Both of your parents treated me like another daughter when I was around. I will cherish memories of each of them, but especially dear to me is the nickname your dad gave me...

Love,
Shortstuff

We were very sad to hear of our cousin's passing... We recently met up with him in Michigan and had a wonderful conversation in catching up on all the news and genealogy between our families .. I remember those good old days at Gilkey Lake with Jim and his parents Prayers for the family

Don't know what to say. We spent so many hours grooming dogs, traveling to dog show, discussing dogs, drinking abit of your home made wine, discussing more dogs, etc. You and Joanne got me started in 1975...and it continues to this day. Been a long journey. I was happy to be able to catch up with him just a couple of summers ago. We had a nice dinner along with Joan Hoekstra. You were a wealth of knowledge. Thanks for sharing.

Deepest sympathy to the family. Mr. Porter will be missed greatly. Thoughts and prayers in this time of distress.

I truly enjoyed the many conversations we had dog shows. I always look forward to seeing Jim. I also valued his advice when I was showing mr Springer. I will miss him.

Julie & Don,
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you upon Jim's passing. May he rest in peace in the Kingdom of Heaven. He is now with his beloved Jo.
