The suffering is over and I can see them now Jim, Max, Palmer either teeing off or having a friendly game of gin. It has been many years since I've seen Jim, but I remember him as a first class gentleman. I first met Jim back in 1977 when he hired me to work for the Women's Kemper Open as the tournament coordinator. My prayers and deepest condolences to Pam and family. God bless ~

Jim was the first person who came over to where I was sitting, on my first day as a member, alone on the patio at Bermuda Dunes CC and introduced himself and invited me to join his table that included Mr. Paul Palmer among others. That kind move broke the ice and soon I was an accepted and active member of the club. Over the years Jim counseled me on many subjects from proper club protoccol, etiquette on the golf course and introduced me to hundreds of members. He encouraged me to run for...
