It is with a heavy heart to learn of Jim's passing. He was a wealth of information in the Real Estate field. I always enjoyed our long conversations sometimes too long, but well worth it. Our relationship was one of sharing things even if it was tough to talk about. Jim will be truly missed by all. He has been a household name in our family for 25+ years.
