James Purcell

I remember Jim Purcell from when I was a very young officer with SFPD and he was a lieutenant working nights at the old intake jail on the 6th floor. It was often a chaotic scene but Jim was alway calm. He was kind and patient with me, and with the subjects who were being booked. Thank you Jim.
