James "Al" Rafert

Al Rafert was a divine and wonderful man who lent many, many hours to his family with the greatest love possible. I will miss him so very much and always love and cherish the memory of my "papa". It is sad to see such a beautiful individual part from us, for those of us who were fortunate enough to have known him in life, we are left remembering what a remarkable person Al "papa" Rafert was and always will be.
