I first met Jimmy in the 6th grade at Lincoln School this skinny kid was so funny. My classes where so much fun with Jimmy,Mike Mandato & John Castenga and then later when I met Benny he told me all the great fun in Lincoln playground Ben knew Jim longer than me. Hope Ben,Mike& Jim are together talking about all times. My thoughts and prays are with the family again a great loss.

Mr. Rake was a very lovable and enjoyable person to be around. When I was at Science High Mr. Rake was my homeroom teacher for 4 years and my gym teacher for senior year. He was very a very caring individual and always pushed us to do our best. Mr. Rake will be missed and will be in our hearts forever. God bless and rest in peace.

Mr. Rake was awesome. He would get upset at me when I didn't want to exercise but was always a very fatherly-like figure and someone you respected and admired. He will be greatly missed by all those who were blessed to know him.

Mr. Rake was the best. He was funny and vey nice. We had a friend relationship. Im a very sarcastic person and Mr. Rake always played along. He would let me sit out and read during class and I would still get a good grade. When ever I would ace a serve or make a shot he would always compliment me. He always had a way to make me smile and that takes alot. Mr. Rake was an extraordinary person and there will never be anyone like him. I just wamt to say I love him and will miss him dearly.

Mr.Rake was the best teacher that I ever had. He was always there when anyone needed him including me. I remember all the funny things he said to me and one of my best friends Mildred. He was always there to cheer me up when I was sad, always there to tell me I would do good on a test when I thought I was going to fail. But most of all he was always there to give me his loving smile. Mr.Rake I just want to say I will miss you and you will always be in mr heart. I hope that I can one...
