I first met Jim almost 30 years ago when he came to work at West Jordan City as an intern. He was always friendly to me and treated the other employees fairly as a City Manager. My condolences to Susan and family.

Jim is one of my oldest and dearest friends. As you know, I met Jim in Virginia when his sweet family became part of the Williamsburg Branch, following a redrawing of ward boundaries. I am so sad to hear of Jim's passing. I worked with him at the City of West Jordan many years ago. He was a wonderful manager and his employees loved him. He was such a character. He was mischievious at times and loved to tease and joke with his employees. We all shared many good laughs. He loved talking about his family.
