Not sure what to say?

Well as we enter 2010, my brothers passing has made a profound difference in my life and the way I perceive things. I really want to again thank everyone for the kind words about my brother ....about my family! .... We sure do miss his laughter. He was one of the most unique people I have ever met and just fortunate enough to call him my BROTHER! ~ BROTHER YOU ARE DEARLY MISSED!
ALL MY LOVE AND GRATITUDE TO EVERYONE THAT SHARED HOW JIMMY TOUCHED YOUR LIFE.
THANK YOU,
JOHN RECTOR

Steven and I have many fond memories of Jimmy through the years. We have known him for over 20 years and through those years there was fun, laughter and some tears mostly from laughing so hard!..Jimmy was an amazingly talented drummer and we've had the privilege to seeing him play both independently and w/ a group. He was always cracking jokes w/ that crazy high pitched voice were you couldnt help but laugh - even if the joke wasnt that funny - :).. Steven traveled accross country w/ him on...

I will always remember all the times I saw my dad. My best memory of him was at Mam Ma's house for Christmas Eve. Everyone was there, everyone was happy, and it was the season of giving.
The other memory was when I saw him for the first time at Pentagon City Mall. I hugged him the tightest that I have ever hugged anyone or anything before. He also had the same grasp as me so it felt like I was hugging myself.
I will always miss my dad with all my heart. May his soul rest in peace and...

Darrel and I have known Jimmy for more than 30 years. He was such a unique, incredibly talented and funny person. He kept in touch with us off and on over the years and it was always good to hear from him. We are so sad that he's gone but find comfort in knowing that he's finally at peace. We loved him and have so many good memories and laughs when we think of him. He loved to reminisce about the old times. May God bless and comfort all the family and friends that he left behind. ...

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

--- For many this is how we feel. You have touch...

My condolences to Jimmy's family. Thank you Jimmy for the help and laughter. May you finally rest in peace.

I had only known Jim for a short time, but in that time I found him to be a kind, loving and caring person. I will think of him often. My prayers are with his family.
