Not sure what to say?

I was sadden upon reading an email form a former classmate about the passing of Coach Reynolds. I will always remember Coach's simle as he walked down the halls of York High. I was also fortunate to have him as a teacher.
My deepest sympathy and prayers to the Reynolds Family.

Karen, Karol, and Kathy: Your home was like "my second home," just around the corner in Haines Acres and I always admired and respected both your mom and dad very much. Your dad undoubtedly had a huge impact on so many students and players over his years at York High. May good memories always remain strong in your hearts and may you find peace and comfort in the knowledge that your mom and dad are reunited again.

Sorry of the lost of your Husband / Father.Coach Reynolds has always held a special place in my heart. When I talk about the good old school days I talk about him.He always had a Smile to Match that Head Bobbing Walk he had.Coach would always hug you looking eye to eye when instucting. My father requested eye to eye contact,he would say if a person can't look at you when they speak they are not interested and you don't have the listner's
attention. He made a Big Difference in my Life and I...

I was attending York Hi's game on 12/14/7 "Now watching my Grandson
wear the Orange & Blue".They requested a moments of silence for Coach Reynolds.I played Basetball for him from 1968 til 1970.Coach was a caring and understanding man.We shared a close relationship until I graduated in 1971.When I talk about my school days I bring his name into the conversation.I will never forget him. When I closed my eyes to Prayer for him and the Faimly on 12/14/7 I could picture that walk of his through...

I am so sorry to hear of your father's death from my niece,Linda (Woody) Suereth.
Your dad was a good friend and teacher. I had the good fortune to play football at York High, 57 & 58, when your dad was coaching. His example was to never give up. I have always tried to follow this advice.
It was a pleasure to have known your dad.
My deepest sympathy to your family. Regards, Mike Heininger

I am sadden to read of the passing of Coach Reynolds. I feel that I am a much better person for having played football at York High for Coach Reynolds and I think may of my teammates feel much the same.

Jim Reynolds and his "can-do" approach introduced our family to the Clemson tradition. We will always be grateful to him and remember him. Best to his wonderful daughters.

Jim was an "icon" for the York High teachers from the 60s and 70s. I am sorry to see that he has passed away. My sincere regards to his family.

Coach Reynolds will be remembered by many of his former York High players. His legacy is that he helped many of us to grow up and become better people. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Reynolds family.
