James Larry Rhymer, 70, of Micco, Fla., formerly of Salem, Va., passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Preston Oaks Baptist Church in Roanoke. Visitation immediately following with the family.
