Not sure what to say?

Ohhhhhhhh I´m so sad to see this! I was just mentioning his amazing cars to a friend and wish I had taken photos in West Hartford Center. I Googled and unfortunately couldn´t find the cars but found this obituary. I was a hostess at Bricco one night a week way back and he commissioned me to paint flowers on a pair of his saddle shoes (Art was my Masters degree and must have been within conversation). My thoughts and prayers to all whose life he touched.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Doc, not only was he my dentist for many years he was a dear friend. We enjoyed the visits with Doc and Jan to not only our Old Lyme Connecticut home, but we certainly had a lot of fun at our home in Key West Florida. You will be missed my dear friend. My thoughts and prayers are with Jan and his entire family. May Doc Rest In Peace.

My condolences to the Rodgers family. I am fortunate to have known Jim, his basketball skills and zest for life. He is in my prayers.

Jan lm so sorry for your loss, James was a good friend to me , he will be missed.

Tommy, Katie, Elizabeth, Karen, Susan, Ellen and Maura, I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle Jim was a unique character and even though I hadn´t seen him in many years, his bright spirit and wonderful personality were greatly infectious. (As his Godson, I would like to think that some of that might have passed on to me, (not likely, but one can dream). Here´s hoping really was in heaven for an hour before the devil knew he had passed.

I too had a nickname that he called me every time I saw him while visiting my Dad in Myrtle Beach. Jeanne Bean will miss your jokes, and what a great brother you were to my Dad. My deepest condolences to the entire family.

I moved to Fla 18 years ago so haven't seen Doc in a long time. You were one of a kind my friend and you made the world a better place. Always loved the green pants with the frogs. Rest in peace.

He made our day with his colorful attire and bright happy disposition! We would often see him at Bricco's for lunch on Saturdays. May he rest in eternal peace!

May his memory be for a blessing and heartfelt condolences to the entire family.
