Jimmy was the Biggest Brother of the Rohde kids & always was a good example to all of us Kovaliks. He had his father's jovial disposition & was always surrounded by neighborhood kids, usually also with large families. We always had fun playing baseball in Horshoe Alley. Jim is a great big brother! Growing up he could always say something to cheer me up and make me laugh. Every time I think of Jim, I recall something funny that he said or his infectious laugh or a hilarious story that he told. Even through the heartbreak and tears of the days since he past, the very thought of my brother makes me happy, and I smile every time he comes to mind.
