Not sure what to say?

I KNEW THAT SOMETHING HAD HAPPENED TO JIM WHEN I DID NOT GET A CHRISTMAS CARD. I AM SO SORRY WE DID NOT KNOW ABOUT HIS PASSING EARLIER, I WOULD HAVE COME TO THE SERVICE. HE WAS VERY MUCH AN ASSET TO THE GIFT INDUSTRY AND WILL BE TRULY MISSED. WE ALWAYS TALKED ABOUT CAMPING IN TORONTO WHICH IS WHERE I LIVE. FAREWELL JIM AND GOD SPEED.

I only learned of Jim's homegoing yesterday from a sales rep. My wife and I last saw Jim in Dallas this past January. We were concerned about him then. We have known Jim for the whole time he worked for Palmer. Often, he invited me and my family to swim at his hotel here in Hays when our boys were small. Karen:
Meri and I were so sad to hear of Jim's passing. He was truly one of the kindest men I ever met and a barrel of fun. I can honestly say that I never once saw him with less than a sunny disposition and optimistic outlook. A fine man. Please accept our sincerest condolences for you and your family.

Jim was the first rep to call on me 22 years ago at my home before I opened my store. I had a 4 year old and 6 month old and Jim just hung in there with me wondering how I would ever get a store opened. What a wonderful rep and friend and he will truly be missed. My employees will also miss him.

Knew Jim professional as our sales rep here at our gift shop Enchanted Cottage, Inc. in Salina, KS. Such a kind gentle man that knew the business so well. I'm sure he will be missed by many. Our thoughts & prayers are with his family.

In the short time I knew Jim, he became a great co-worker. It was really nice talking with him and laughing with him. He will be missed!
