Just learned this sad news. Jim made the difficult time of losing my father easier with his kindness and compassion. I will always remember him fondly for that. Very sorry to learn the news of his passing. The world needs more people with his qualities. I only met him a few times but he had a lasting impact on me. Sending much love to the family and hope that fond memories comfort you through the difficult days ahead.

JIm was a classmate, though I did not know him well in HS, I got to know him much better and later in life. He was instrumental in bringing the class of 74 closer together hosting us several times at his camp on Loon Lake over the years. Precious memories were created there.
