James was very respectful I always called him Mr Rubin. A cut above the rest never short of the best. Forever loved and forever missed but I know he is in a better place.

To The Rubin Family, Im sorry for your lost. James wasnt a close friend of mine but we always spoke to each. I will never forget the smile he always had on his face.He will truly be missed. He was 1 of the good boys around here.
