I really enjoyed my childhood growing up on Washouga just down the street from the Ruggles.We all still live in the portland area and I think of the Ruggles family often.They were always friendly,kind,and a lot of fun as kids we played with often.Bike races,hide and seek etc.Jim was always a kind person to me and my brothers!Jeff carlson
