Not sure what to say?

Jim and I met in 1973 when we worked at the same restaurant in Pompano Beach, FL. We left the same year to begin our careers in teaching. We continued to stay in touch over the years. I last talked to him on his last return trip from FL. His Christmas card indicated his desire for us to remain friends forever. Yes, Jim, our friendship will never end. Love you, Jim!

I taught with the Steakman at Beachwood High School. He kept us all laughing.

RIP Jim.

I lived across the street from Jim for the last 30 years and I've known him & his family even longer than that. My parents' house, where I grew up, was on the next street almost right behind his house. I will miss our driveway talks (while I was out working in the yard) and his humor. I will miss him so much. My sympathies to the family. RIP Jim. God Bless.

Jim was a valued colleague and mentor to so many teachers. His passion will live on in those whose lives he touched.

JR kept all Cleveland Heighters near and far close through his caring, sharing and knowledge...God Bless..

Mr. Salisbury was my Latin teacher at Goshen High School for 3 out of my 4 years. I am saddened to hear about his passing. He was a great teacher and believe it or not I remember a lot of what he taught me about Latin and incorporate it into my son's homeschooling 20 years after learning it from Mr. Salisbury. Praying for his family during this difficult time. Thank you Mr. Salisbury for all that you poured into other people.

My prayers are with you all in your horrible loss. Jim will be missed dearly.

Thinking of the Salisbury family during this time. He always made me laugh.
