Not sure what to say?

Much love and blessings to all family and friends

Mr Scandrick was a great music teacher. How he had the patience to put up with us I'll never know. RIP

Left to right, American Baptist College President Dr. Forrest E. Harris; Dr. Susie McClure; Regina M. Prude; Dr. James A. Scandrick, Jr. @ABC

Rest well Bro. Scandrick , Our music master & first travel agent. First class all the way. Every little detail addressed before boarding the bus. There was always a "mystery" tour included to make the trips most enjoyable. He introduced us to beautiful spiritual music, traveled to many churches to worshiped. A no nonsense man., will surely Be missed.

To the family, so difficult to find the words to say. May God be with you at this time and in the days ahead. The classmates of Austin 56 will miss him and his enthusiasm often driving from Nashville to attend the class. Our families were connected through friendship and work and I still have the plant he sent to me when my father passed in 1995. RIP my brother. Norvesta and James Johnson and the Cleveland class of 56

My prayers & condolences to the family. Mr. Scandrick is all we knew in the music ministry @ Fifteenth Avenue for the majority of my life. His teachings were the reason why I learned to appreciate hymns, spirituals, anthems & gospel music in the African American church. He will definitely be missed & never be forgotten.

Indeed a man that loved the Lord and our church choir. He will be missed greatly!

i was always in the background but i cannot forget you and ma Rucker collaborating on your next musical adventure. my mother had great respect your musical gifts as i know you did for her wealth of musical knowledge. may you rest in peace. san

We are praying that GOD will sustain you during this difficult time. We ask GOD to fill your heart with hope and your day with peace and love.
