Dear Scherer Family,
I was your fathers nurse here at the hospital. I just found out this morning that he passed. I called earlier in the week to check on him, but no one knew what happened. Yesterday I came in for the first time this week and asked again, but could find no one that knew. I assumed he went home, but I was told this morning what happened by the nurse that was taking care of him while I was gone.
When I left on last Saturday I checked on him one...
