Tommye, we were so shocked and saddened to hear about Jim. We kept thinking back to our fun, young days in East Windsor and remember Jim as such a friendly, thoughtful man. Our deepest condolences to you and your family.

I never met Jim but had the privilege of working for Zurich while he was CEO. His mark on Zurich cannot be overstated. In my eyes he was the best manager I ever knew. The thing I remember about Jim the most was watching an internal Zurich video he made to commemorate 9-11. It was obvious that the event was something that deeply affected him.
