Not sure what to say?

To wonderful friend always there to help out, Wish it was the old days Cheers my good buddy,

All of our lives are richer because we had the honor of knowing Jim. He was part of a great group of friends in Winnipeg. The memories we share and Jim's infectious laugh will never be forgotten. God bless you my friend on your final road trip Home.

RIP Jim, I'm sure you are keeping them laughing up there.
Forever in our hearts

I first met Jim in 1981 in Winnipeg. We were part of a large group of friends and boy, we sure had fun together. Jim's infectious laugh and personality made him a joy to be around. He even joined the pipe band I was in and became our bass drummer which took him to Sweden, Colorado, Minneapolis to name a few!!! He was always up for anything, he made everyone smile, and he was a true gentleman. He will be missed. Rest in peace my friend.

Said goodbye to a wonderful man today. Family, friends, colleagues, and soccer associates put together a lovely memorial today. It was a step toward healing the loss of Jim, who was so suddenly removed from our lives. He was a father, brother, uncle, great-uncle, friend, and coach with a joyous laugh and love of life.

His memory will be with us at every one of the Tim Bit's soccer games, and I'll hear his laugh whenever the kids run the wrong way or our kid rolls around in the...

Our thoughts are with you and your family. Growing up in Winnipeg, Jim & I spent a lot of time in our twenties playing hockey, flag football and enjoying our weekend pub nights. Jim was a good friend, loyal teammate and always made everyone laugh. There wasn't a Saturday that Jim didn't finish off the night singing to The Unicorn by the Irish Rovers. We are so sorry for your loss. Safe journey, my friend.

Gone way too soon. It was an honor and priveledge to have known Jim for the short time we did. Your laughter, your kindness and your dedication will always be remembered. Levi, your dad was a wonderful man our thoughts are with you.

All volunteers are special, but Jim's contribution was above and beyond. Our young men are so lucky to have had him as a coach and mentor over the past few years. You will be greatly missed.
