Not sure what to say?

Jim had a great sense of humor and an infectious smile. He and Werner were the most innovative and stylish architects in the region.

Jim was a dear friend with great taste, a wonderful sense of wry humor, and always a positive outlook. I miss him.

So sorry to hear this, Jim got me into the association, and neighborhood associations in general. But since Pat passed I haven't felt up to funerals or memorials, so it isn't that I don't care, but it's very hard. My best thoughts to you, the memories get sweeter and less painful after a few years.

Werner, I read the article in the TU this week and am really sorry for your loss but was happy to read of your marriage.

Jim was so charming and full of life and showed so much kindness to me and my children I will miss him

Jim, creator of beautiful buildings & fun moments. I'm glad to have known you and to have shared in creating one of those buildings and in living some of those moments.

Werner, I am deeply sorry for your loss.

His quick smile, knowledgeable assessments and tactful questions will be much missed at The Hyde Collection, where he served on the Collections Committee for many years. Candace Wait, Chair, Board of Trustees

Jim always knew how to combine impeccable social grace with his uniquely quirky humor. I will miss him.

Jim was a handsome, dashing, sparkling gem of a human being, a fine gentleman and adorable wit. His loss leaves dullness in its place. It was a delight to have known him.
