Not sure what to say?

I admire Jim's tireless work to protect the rivers of Michigan and beyond. Jim and Dorothy are examples of the ultimate stewards of our Natural Resources. His efforts leave a legacy to be admired and appreciated by all who enjoy our Natural Resources.

Dear Dorothy, My sincere condolences to you on the passing of Jim. He will be missed, but the fruits of his dedication to angling and rivers will live on. Jim Keith

I am so sorry to hear of Jim´s passing. My sympathies to Dorothy and her family.

My deepest condolences to Jim's family. He was such a sincere and honest gentleman. Jim always had the best interest in mind for family and loved ones. This love extended to the Au Sable River and really all watersheds. The world was a better place with him in it. Jim will truly be missed. May he rest in peace.

So sorry to read that Jim passed away. Classmate. Prayers for all the family. Class of 1959

The Fly Fishing community lost a great friend in Jim Schramm . He dedicated many years of his life to protecting and advocating for clear clean water and the fish that swim in them . His level headed , practical approach to the issues and politics of fresh water fisheries will be hard to match . He will be missed by any and all of us that fish and share our passion of fly fishing . Paul Drewry

Dorothy and family,
Sad week for the Schramm's with losing both Dan and Jim. Praying for you all.
