I have known and been a close friend of Jim's for over 8 years at Piper's Landing. He was generous and a gentlemen at all times. Both Jim and Carol will be missed by many of us who knew them and valued their friendship. Our condolences to the families. They enriched our lives in many ways and my wife, Nancy, and I are grateful to have known these outstanding people.
