It was a sad day today when I read of Jim's passing. I worked with Jim at the NC State Ports Authority. He was a gracious person, very approachable and down to earth. I remember picking him up at your home in Landfall for a trip to Morehead City. I said, "Mr. Scott, if you won't sing, I won't smoke."
