Having been a close neighbor of James while on Tulip Street, I feel fortunate to have met and known him. He was truly a wonderful person.

He fought a hard fight but has claimed his heavenly ticket to his new address with our Savior. I hope to stop by sometime and chat. Take care of yourself because that is what he would want you to do. We the Williams family send our condolences to what we call a second family unknown . He and his wife was there for our Kierha and took her as their own . We could see when we visited , how open hearted him and his wife was making sure everyone was comfortable and feeling welcome and for that we are truly appreciated. He was a great and wonderful man although we knew him from a far .
