Not sure what to say?

To my best friend and fellow enthusiast in all things involving sports. Your love of Jesus was the best evangelization anyone could ask for. Will always remember trips to Ohio State to see the Spartans and to Cincinnati to watch the Reds after I moved to Ohio. Rest in peace my friend. Heaven has another angel. Marty Fox

Father Jim had an amazing memory , he would remember our family by name & a story. We'd walk away with a smile. We enjoyed his sermons and wonderful singing. He was One of a Kind . Rest in Peace Father Jim

I am sorry to learn of Father Jim's passing. He was a kind and caring Pastor. I was a former Parishioner at St John's in Jackson, MI.

When my husband was just recovering from cancer in 1996, he wanted to become a Catholic. We went to see Fr. Jim a number of times and those were memorable meetings. Father baptized Bill and gave him his First Communion just weeks before he had a stroke that ultimately took him 6 months later. Father was there all the way, and conducted the most beautiful funeral Mass. I will never forget you and your great love of God and his people.

Father Jim, you have always been an important part of our lives, through the best times and the worst times. Thank you for all the love and compassion you have given. We love you, and you will be in our hearts forever. Rest well.

Father Jim sang to my Mom when she was dying. He was also a great comfort to my family at her funeral. We have been praying for Father Jim and will continue to do so and for his family. May God bless you with his comfort and peace.

No other priest has ever influenced my love of God as much as Fr. Jim did through his involvement with Beginning Experience. What a blessing to have crossed his path. May the angels welcome him to Paradise!

Fr. Jim was a wonderful friend to our family. I always thought it was so special that he was able to see his first kindergarten class through to their graduation. My kids all have such wonderful memories of him and his way of making them all feel loved. I am eternally grateful for him coming to mine & my family´s side when my Mom was taken off life support. He made hers and our experiences so much easier with his words, actions, and singing as she left this world. He was truly a man of God....

A wonderful man and exemplary priest who served with compassion, kindness and good humor. May he rest in peace and enjoy the reward of Heaven that he so diligently earned. Our thanks once again for all you did for the Daly family!
