Not sure what to say?

My Name is Sheila Boeshart Hays, Buckeye, Arizona. I worked with Dr. Shegog in Franktown, Colorado in The Franktown Clinic about 35 years ago. He was my very favorite doctor to work ! I worked as his back office nurse. This wonderful doctor made me learn something new each day. At the end of the day he would quiz me on the subjects. He was the kindness, the most caring, most professional doctor I had ever worked with. When I heard that he had made his journey to be with our Lord, my...

For the Shegog Family,
I too, was a friend of Jim's at Fort Sill along with Tom Ross. Jim and I were in the same artillery battery and I looked up to him. He was smart, knowledgable and a great role model. I regret I was never able to make contact with him again although I tried. And to think we both lived our retirement years in Virginia. RIP Jim.

To the Shegog Family,

Jim and I were Lieutenants together at Fort Sill, OK in the early 1960s and he was one the finest officers I have ever met. Many years later I have been trying to locate some those with which I was privileged to serve. Today I learned of his passing and the world is a sadder place for all of us who knew him. Rest in Peace old buddy.

Saddened to learn of the passing of Dr. Shegog, a gifted and remarkable person with a warm sense of humor. I was blessed to work as secretary to Dr. Shegog when he was Clinic Commander at Fort Monroe and will remember this work experience. May you find comfort in the prayers and caring thoughts of others.

To the Shegog Family,
I am very saddened to learn of Jim's (Dr. Shegog's) passing. This comes as a great shock. We were graduate students in the Zoology Department at The Ohio State University before he entered medical school.

May your faith and memories sustain you. Jim was such a fine upstanding person who will always be remembered that way. I am sad but am so glad that our paths crossed in this life. He was a great inspiration and role model in so many ways.

I'm very sorry to hear of the loss of Jim Shegog. He was a wonderful addtion to our Board when he served, and I always enjoyed his common sense input. My condolences to the family.
