I met Mr. Short through his son, Jim when we were in high school in Cairo, Egypt. I remember his & Mrs. Short's generosity, kindness and good humor in welcoming me into their home for visits and more over the years. Qualities that live on his son. He was a good father and a good man. I offer my heart-felt condolences to his family and many friends.
