Not sure what to say?

I remember my father telling me a story about Jim. Both of which we're members of The Huntsville 25 Club that met weekly. I seems that for 6-weeks or so Jim, who at that time was PM of the Lunar Rover Vehicle, would discuss the fact that as hard as they tried they just couldn't figure out the wheel design. It seems this was difficult not only because of weight and size requirements but the fact no one really knew what the surface was composed of.

Alan, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember your father and mother. My best to you and your new wife.

All best wishes to all of you in this time of sorrow. Jim brought a lot of important things to the world, but his greatest achievement may prove to be his sons (though I'm overwhelmed by his work with NASA!). Alan, you're in my thoughts and heart, but you should be used to that by now, brother. Take care of yourselves and, when you can't, well, that's why we're here.
