I'm so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I'll always remember how kind and hospitable he was when we as college students would arrive at the house in Elverta. Know that he is at peace now and has joined your mother.

We were so fortunate to be able to visit with James on some weekends and he shared some of his history of living in Elverta. He worked with his brother for many years and James could accomplish any farming task that was required. A man of many trades. Always had a smile for us.
