James Smith Obituary

HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Mr. James William Bill Smith, of Hephzibah, Georgia, passed away Thursday, July 28, 2011. Bill enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. He coached Little League Sports in the area for many years. He also enjoyed coffee, breakfast and fellowship with his friends each morning. Mr. Smith is survived by his beloved wife, Sachiko Sue Smith; daughter, Barbara Diane Ocak; son, Mike (Amy) Smith; six grandchildren, Matthew Ocak, Steven Ocak, Mallorie Smith, Mia Smith, Arianna Smith and Anias Smith; and one great-grandson, Jakobi Smith. The family will receive friends Monday from 1 - 3 PM at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held 3 PM, Monday, August 1, 2011 in the Telfair Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home with Pastor James Cole officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. I miss you so much. Everyday that goes by I think it will be easier but it’s not it only make me miss you more. I will always treasure the many memories I have of you as a father a dad and a friend. I love you so much and I wish I told you more then I did. You truly was a great dad. Love you Pops
