"Jimmy" was a great friend and one helluva keyboard player. Always smiling and "bustin' chops" whenever we had a gig - I always felt comfortable having him by my side. Jim was one of the kindest, gentle men I have known. His love for animals and people went above and beyond. He was always telling me how much his adopted dog Buddy RESCUED him. I am not sure who rescued who.
The world lost a very good man, as did his family and friends. And Buddy lost his best friend.
My sincere condolences to you all.
