I used to wait on Jim at Milts Coffee Shop everyday, he was always smiling and always had a kind word. I looked forward to Jim coming in everyday. He was a wonderful person...My prayers go out to his family and friend for peace and to know he is smiling in Heaven.

I am so sorry at the passing of Jim. For almost 30 years I knew he was right next door.If I needed help he was there. If I needed to talk or wanted to hear one of his wonderful stories he was there. If something was broke at my house and my husband (James) didn't think so I would ask Jim and it would get fixed. So many stories I could tell about his kindness to us.He was wonderful, wonderful man. Rest in peace Papa Jim.
