Jim, so sad you are gone too soon! You welcomed me to Jack Gaughen Realtor Paxtang Office so many years ago. You were always kind and clever and had the deepest booming guffaw! I had the honor of working with Jim at Berkshire Hathaway HomeSale Realty. Although I was only there for one short year, Jim made a huge impression as my manager. I was devastated to learn of his passing, but am comforted to know he is with his loved ones in Heaven. My condolences to his family. Jim touched and enriched many lives. I´m thankful to have known him.

Jim was an inspirational leader, and a great guy who will be sorely missed. I knew Jim through our work on the BrightMLS Board of Directors. He played a huge role in the formation and shaping of the direction of Bright, and his booming voice and ready laugh always commanded the room. My deepest condolences to Jim's family, friends and colleagues!

You were a great person through and through. I had the privilege of getting to know you both growing up and later on after I became a realtor. We shared so many great stories over the years-memories that I´ll never forget. Some of the best times were those overnight canoe trips. You were always good for a laugh, especially when that pop-up purple tent made an appearance-we called it "Barney" and it never failed to crack us up. I hope you rest well, my friend.
