SHAVERTOWN — Dr. James Eli Specter, 69, of Shavertown, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2015, in a plane crash while on a fishing trip in Alaska.
He was born to the late Robert and Harriet Specter, on Aug. 24, 1946, in Philadelphia.

So sad to hear of Dr. Spector's passing. I didn't know James personally but I did know him as a former patient of his from many years ago. He was the best at what he did and I would always refer him.. May he rest in peace
