Not sure what to say?

To all of Jim's family and loved ones,

Jim was a post college friend of my husband's and when I moved here to Harrisburg, he quickly became one of mine. We shared the same birthday in the same year, a fact that entertained us both. Jim was always friendly, outgoing and kind. We lost touch through the years and then saw him briefly about 9 years ago. We had no idea of his illness and are saddened by his death. We will always remember him as a great guy.

Love,

Barry and...

With deepest sympathy to Jim's family from the Central Dauphin High School Alumni Association.

This man was absolutely wonderful, never without a smile on his face, and an inspiration to every life he touched. I am very saddened by this news; however, he lived life to the fullest, which is evident through his vignettes on Facebook. Rest in peace my friend, and know that you are and always be loved.

It has been a while since I saw Jim as he was my student at CD an our class had been working on a reunion I will keep my memories rest in peace

One of my heroes in my life and I will miss him dearly!! I love you Jim.

We are so sorry to hear of Jim's illness and passing. I had so many good times with him when we worked together and went to HAAC. Jim was with me when I met my wife, Lois. Although I haven't seen Jim in 8 years, I have thought of him often and the good times that we shared. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Love,
Scott and Lois

My condolences to Jim's family. May all the good memories comfort you at this difficult time. Jim was a nice guy with a big personality. I have many good memories when he would come to Joel's for Chicken Sprandel. Named after him of course.

I will miss my conversations with Jim at the YMCA. We talked baseball (he an avid Dodger fan and I an avid Yankee fan), football (he a Packer fan and me a Packer/Eagle fan), real estate and life in general. Jim always had a kind greeting and a positive attitude. He is a good human being who will be missed at the Y. Well, Jim now gets to share a baseball diamond in heaven with that great Yankee Yogi.

To his family and all those close to Jim may God comfort you for your loss.

Sheri, Alan & Family - you are all in our thoughts and prayers. May the Lord comfort you with His peace. We will greatly miss Jim.
Love,
Rick & Fran Leitner
