Mr.Starr was my principal and 6th grade teacher when I attended Wormleysburg Elementary School many years ago. I remember him as a very kind man. My condolences to his family.

Mr. Starr was principal when I attended Lower Allen elementary school. I am sorry to hear of his passing. God bless his family.

Please accept my condolences. Mr. Starr was my pricipal from 1963 - 1968 at Lower Allen Elementary School and I remember him fondly. He was a very caring man.

Please accept my sympathies. I had the honor of working with Jim while he was principal at Rossmoyne.He was a very kind , gentle, but firm leader who was very supportive of his staff. We enjoyed talking about our alma mater,, Bloomsburg University.

I am very saddened upon learning of Jim's demise. I spent many years working with Jim and knew him to be a man of great caring for all he came in contact with. He will be very much missed.
